Terms & Conditions
Our Virtual Tour business model is based on delivering a low
price, high value product. We have streamlined our processes to
facilitate this goal. The pricing we quote assumes cooperation from the
Realtor, and property owner. The following list is intended to clarify
what is expected in a successful cooperative transaction.
Herein the term “we” or “us” will refer to Black Mesa Virtual Tours
and/or High Desert Virtual Visions. The term “agent” will refer
to the Realtor. Work will refer to the photograph taking process.
Cancellations are accepted without charge until we are in route to the property after which there is a $20 cancellation fee.
The property should be “ready to show” when we arrive. We do not clean,
straighten, stage, or arrange. We do not wait for cleaning,
straightening, staging or arranging to be done.
We do not “doctor” photos in any way that would misrepresent the condition or visual representation of the property.
All photographs and virtual tours are copyrighted to Black Mesa Virtual Tours and High Desert Virtual Visions.
We will not share photographs or virtual tours to the realtor and or property owner.
We will not send photographs or virtual tours to the Realtor or
property owner for “proofing”. If there is a scene or photograph
that is unacceptable, the agent must contact us in order to have the
photograph or scene deleted from the internet. If the agent would
like additional photographs or scenes added to the virtual tour after
all work has been performed additional charges may apply.
We will take photographs and or tour scenes as we determine necessary
to accurately depict the property and at our discretion, unless the
agent has a special request. All special requests* (i.e. garage
scenes, attic scenes, scenes that are generally outside the scope of
our “normal” tours) must be relayed to us before work at the property
begins.
